Bobcat339 hydrochloride is a potent and selective cytosine-based TET enzyme inhibitor, which significantly reduced the overall intracellular level of 5hmC by inhibiting TET enzyme activity in HT-22 cells at a concentration of 10 μM for 24 h. The IC50 of Bobcat339 hydrochloride for TET1 and TET2 were 33 μM and 73 μM, respectively. [1]
