Description	GKI-1 HCl is a Greatwall (GWL) kinase inhibitor that inhibits hGWLFL and hGWL-KinDom.The inhibitory effect of GKI-1 HCl on ROCK1 is more significant.
In vitro	GKI-1 (25 and 50 µM, 0-8.5 h) reduces ENSA/ARPP19 phosphorylation levels in Hela cells, resulting in a decrease in mitotic events, mitotic arrest/cell death, and cytokinesis failure.[1]
