In vitro
In STHdhQ111/111 cells, MK-28 (0-100 μM; 48 h) rescued cells from ER stress-induced apoptosis[1].
In vivo
In R6/2 mice, MK-28 (1 mg/kg; IP, daily for 28 days) increased the survival rate[1].
