In vivo
Combined administration of SKF-83566 hydrochloride (0.15 mg/kg/mL) and A68930 (0.4 mg/kg/mL) prevented glutamate-based long-term enhancement (LTP) in the medial prefrontal cortex mPFC and led to long-term depression induced by high frequency stimulation (HFS). [3]
