Description	Garcinia lactone is an anti-obesity agent.Garcinia lactone was a potent inhibitor of ATP citrate lyase, which catalyzes the extramitochondrial cleavage of citrate to oxaloacetate and acetyl-CoA.
In vivo	Garcinia lactone fed chicken for a period of 4 weeks significantly decreases body weight at 2000 and 3000 mg/kg[2].
