In SUM149 cells, ZINC00640089 (0.01-100 µM; 72 h) decreases cell proliferation and cell viability [1]. Additionally, ZINC00640089 (1, 10 µM; 15 min, 1 h) reduces the levels of p-Akt in SUM149 cells [1].
