BMS-929075 (0-60 µM) exhibited cytotoxicity with CC50 values of 60 µM, >12.5 µM, and >50 µM in Huh-7 cells, HepG2 cells, and primary human hepatocytes, respectively. [1]
In vivo
BMS-929075 (i.v. 2 mg/kg; orally 6 mg/kg) showed good pharmacokinetic parameters with an oral bioavailability of 48% in rats.[1]
