In vitro | Borrelidin can effectively inhibit the proliferation of ALL cell lines with a maximum 50% inhibitory concentration of 50 ng/mL. [1] The 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) of Borrelidin for Cdc28/Cln2 was 24 μM. Borrelidin is a potent angiogenesis inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.8 nM that induces apoptosis in angioforming cells. [3] Borrelidin showed highly selective cytotoxicity to cancer cells and endothelial cell subpopulations. [4] |
