Cell Research
Used GMEM plus 5 μM Cardiogenol C and 7.5% ESQ-FBS.?The cultures were harvested at different day-intervals after induction for immunohistochemistry, semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis, western blot analysis and comparative proteomic[1].
