In vitro
Cevidoplenib dimesylate inhibits the activity of SYK through binding to SYK, blocking Fc receptor and B-cell receptor (BCR)-mediated signaling in inflammatory cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, mast cells, natural killer (NK) cells, and B cells[2].
