eCF506 can inhibit tyrosine kinase Src with IC50 value less than 0.5 nM.
In vivo
METHODS: Immunodeficient Rag2-Il2rg double knockout mice were implanted with PX459v2 and ILK gRNA 2 tumors and then given bosutinib (75 mg/kg) or eCF506 (40 mg/kg) once daily by oral gavage, and tumor volume growth was observed.
RESULTS eCF506 treatment completely blocked the growth of ILK gRNA and PX459v2 tumors in the mouse model. [2]
