Mocravimod hydrochloride (KRP-203) is an effecitive and orally active agonist of sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor type 1(S1PR1).
In vivo
In mHC-disparate rat heart allografts, Mocravimod hydrochloride(orally; 0.1 and 1 mg/kg/day; for 100 days) prolongs graft survival and attenuates chronic rejection[1]. Mocravimod hydrochloride ameliorates atherosclerosis in LDL-R(-/-) Mice[2].
