In vitro
TRPM4-IN-1 selectively inhibits TRPM4 overexpressed in HEK293 cells. TRPM4-IN-1 inhibits endogenous TRPM4 currents in LNCaP cells. TRPM4-IN-1 restores functional expression of A432T, a loss‐of‐expression TRPM4 variant.
