BIM-46174 HCl (195450-11-4 Free base) (3, 10, 30, 100 μM) inhibits the growth of a wide range of human cancer cell lines (e.g., HL60 and NCI-H69 cells), including anticancer drug-resistant cells; BIM-46174 HCl (195450-11-4 Free base) induces caspase-3-dependent apoptosis and poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase cleavage in these cancer cells.
