Description CGP 35348 is a selective antagonist of GABAB receptor (EC50 = 34 μM). CGP 35348 can be used in studies of neuromuscular coordination and spatial learning after neonatal brain damage in albino mice.
In vivo In male Wistar rats, CGP 35348(100, 300, and 900 mg/kg) produced an increase in the duration of non-REM sleep and rapid eye movement (REM) sleep and reduced strongly spike-wave discharges[2].
