ADR-851 free base (ADR 851 free base) is a 5-HT3 receptor antagonist and a novel antiemetic with analgesic activity.
In vivo
Male Sprague-Dawley rats were injected intraperitoneally with ADR-851 (0.1-10 mg/kg), and the ADR-851 isoforms were not analgesic in either the thermal or mechanical tests; ADR-851R produced significant analgesia in the formalin test at doses of 3 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg.[1]
