Targets&IC50 | 5-HT3 receptor:0.22 μM(Ki,rat intestinal membrane), 5-HT3 receptor:0.35 μM(Ki,rat cortical membrane), α2-adrenoceptor (rat):25 nM |
In vivo | Intracisternal injection of 10 μg/kg Talipexole dihydrochloride promotes vagal-mediated reflex bradycardia induced by injection of angiotensin in β-adrenoceptor-blocked dogs. Intravenous administration of Talipexole dihydrochloride at 30 mcg/kg initially caused an increase in blood pressure in cats. Then there is the long-term drop in blood pressure and heart rate[4]. |
