In vivo
JC2-11 (250 μg/mouse; i.p.; single dose) significantly inhibited the release of caspase-1 (p20) and IL-1β from the non-canonical (NC) inflammasome in the C57BL/6 mouse model, attenuated NC inflammasome activation.[1]
