HLA-A*24:02&B2M&Survivin 2B (AYACNTSTL) Monomer Protein, Human, MHC (His & Avi)
TMPK-01487
Survivin-2B, a known splice variant of survivin, has been reported to promote cell death in some cancer cells, although it keeps prosurvival function in others.survivin-2B promoted autophagy and further regulated cell death by accumulating and stabilizing IKK alpha in the nucleus.

HLA-A*02:01&B2M&Survivin (LMLGEFLKL) Monomer Protein, Human, MHC (His & Avi)
TMPK-01517
Survivin (also known as BIRC5) is an evolutionarily conserved eukaryotic protein that is essential for cell division and can inhibit cell death. Normally it is only expressed in actively proliferating cells, but is upregulated in most, if not all cancers; consequently, it has received significant attention as a potential oncotherapeutic target.

Survivin Protein, Human, Recombinant
TMPY-03672
BIRC5, also known as Survivin and EPR-1, is a member of theIAP family. IAP family members usually contain multiple baculovirus IAP repeat (BIR) domains, but BIRC5 has only a single BIR domain. It is expressed cell cycle-dependently and highly expressed at mitosis. As a multitasking protein, BIRC5 has dual roles in promoting cell proliferation and preventing apoptosis. Survivin is a component of a chromosome passage protein complex (CPC) which is essential for chromosome alignment and segregation during mitosis and cytokinesis. Survivin acts as an important regulator of the localization of this complex. It may counteract a default induction of apoptosis in G2/M phase.

IKB beta/NFKBIB Protein, Human, Recombinant (GST)
TMPY-05800
NFKBIB (NFKB Inhibitor Beta) is a Protein Coding gene. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the NF-kappa-B inhibitor family, which inhibits NF-kappa-B by complexing with and trapping it in the cytoplasm. Phosphorylation of serine residues on these proteins by kinases marks them for destruction via the ubiquitination pathway, thereby allowing activation of the NF-kappa-B, which translocates to the nucleus to function as a transcription factor. NF-kappaB regulation involves the inhibitor protein NFKBIB, which form complexes with NF-kappaB to sequester it in the cytoplasm. Overexpression of NFKBIB protein in IAV infected cells led to lower levels of IAV. MiR-20a could promote activation of the NFkappaB pathway and downstream targets Livin and Survivin by targeting NFKBIB, which potentially contributed to GC chemoresistance.

IRF1 Protein, Human, Recombinant (GST & His)
TMPH-01552
Transcriptional regulator which displays a remarkable functional diversity in the regulation of cellular responses. Regulates transcription of IFN and IFN-inducible genes, host response to viral and bacterial infections, regulation of many genes expressed during hematopoiesis, inflammation, immune responses and cell proliferation and differentiation, regulation of the cell cycle and induction of growth arrest and programmed cell death following DNA damage. Stimulates both innate and acquired immune responses through the activation of specific target genes and can act as a transcriptional activator and repressor regulating target genes by binding to an interferon-stimulated response element (ISRE) in their promoters. Competes with the transcriptional repressor ZBED2 for binding to a common consensus sequence in gene promoters. Its target genes for transcriptional activation activity include: genes involved in anti-viral response, such as IFN-alpha/beta, DDX58/RIG-I, TNFSF10/TRAIL, ZBP1, OAS1/2, PIAS1/GBP, EIF2AK2/PKR and RSAD2/viperin; antibacterial response, such as NOS2/INOS; anti-proliferative response, such as p53/TP53, LOX and CDKN1A; apoptosis, such as BBC3/PUMA, CASP1, CASP7 and CASP8; immune response, such as IL7, IL12A/B and IL15, PTGS2/COX2 and CYBB; DNA damage responses and DNA repair, such as POLQ/POLH; MHC class I expression, such as TAP1, PSMB9/LMP2, PSME1/PA28A, PSME2/PA28B and B2M and MHC class II expression, such as CIITA; metabolic enzymes, such as ACOD1/IRG1. Represses genes involved in anti-proliferative response, such as BIRC5/survivin, CCNB1, CCNE1, CDK1, CDK2 and CDK4 and in immune response, such as FOXP3, IL4, ANXA2 and TLR4. Stimulates p53/TP53-dependent transcription through enhanced recruitment of EP300 leading to increased acetylation of p53/TP53. Plays an important role in immune response directly affecting NK maturation and activity, macrophage production of IL12, Th1 development and maturation of CD8+ T-cells. Also implicated in the differentiation and maturation of dendritic cells and in the suppression of regulatory T (Treg) cells development. Acts as a tumor suppressor and plays a role not only in antagonism of tumor cell growth but also in stimulating an immune response against tumor cells.
