LAMTOR2 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His)
TMPY-02252
Ragulator complex protein LAMTOR2, also known as Endosomal adaptor protein p14, Late endosomal/lysosomal Mp1-interacting protein, Late endosomal/lysosomal adaptor and MAPK and MTOR activator 2, Mitogen-activated protein-binding protein-interacting protein, Roadblock domain-containing protein 3, LAMTOR2, MAPBPIP, and ROBLD3, is a protein which belongs to the GAMAD family. LAMTOR2 / ROBLD3 is a regulator of the TOR pathway, a signaling cascade that promotes cell growth in response to growth factors, energy levels, and amino acids. As part of the Ragulator complex, LAMTOR2 / ROBLD3 recruits the Rag GTPases and the mTORC1 complex to lysosomes, a key step in the activation of the TOR signaling cascade by amino acids. LAMTOR2 / ROBLD3 is an adapter protein that enhances the efficiency of the MAP kinase cascade facilitating the activation of MAPK2. Defects in LAMTOR2 are the cause of immunodeficiency due to defects in MAPBP-interacting protein (ID-MAPBPIP). This form of primary immunodeficiency syndrome includes congenital neutropenia, partial albinism, short stature, and B-cell and cytotoxic T-cell deficiency.

S100A9 Protein, Canine, Recombinant (His)
TMPK-01324
S100A8 and S100A9 (also known as MRP8 and MRP14, respectively) are Ca2 binding proteins belonging to the S100 family. They often exist in the form of heterodimer, while homodimer exists very little because of the stability. S100A8/A9 is constitutively expressed in neutrophils and monocytes as a Ca2 sensor, participating in cytoskeleton rearrangement and arachidonic acid metabolism. S100A9 Protein, Canine, Recombinant (His) is expressed in E. coli expression system with N-His tag. The predicted molecular weight is 15.90 kDa and the accession number is XP_038528057.1.

CDK2AP2 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His)
TMPY-02921
CDK2AP2 belongs to the CDK2AP family. Members of this family of proteins are cell-growth suppressors, associating with and influencing the biological activities of important cell cycle regulators in the S phase including monomeric non-phosphorylated cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) and DNA polymerase alpha/primase. CDK2AP2 contains 5 distinct gt-ag introns. Transcription produces 7 different mRNAs, 6 alternatively spliced variants and 1 unspliced form. There are 2 non overlapping alternative last exons and 4 validated alternative polyadenylation sites. The mRNAs appear to differ splicing versus retention of 3 introns. CDK2AP2 plays a role in regulating self-renewal of mouse embryonic stem cells (mESC) under permissive conditions, and cell survival during differentiation of the mESC into terminally differentiated cell types.

PC4/SUB1 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His)
TMPY-03395
SUB1 belongs to the transcriptional coactivator PC4 family. It is a general coactivator that functions cooperatively with TAFs and mediates functional interactions between upstream activators and the general transcriptional machinery. SUB1 binds single-stranded DNA. Single-stranded DNA-binding proteins play many roles in nucleic acid metabolism, but their importance during transcription remains unclear. SUB1 exhibits strong genetic interactions with factors necessary for promoter melting. It localizes near the transcription bubble in vitro and binds to promoters in vivo dependent upon preinitiation complexes assembly. SUB1 interacts with the nontemplate strand of RNApII complexes during initiation. It may also be involved in stabilizing the multiprotein transcription complex.
