Survivin

Survivin is a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis (IAP) family. The survivin protein functions to inhibit caspase activation, thereby leading to negative regulation of apoptosis or programmed cell death.
Cat. No. Product name CAS No. Purity Chemical Structure
T12896L Shepherdin 79-87 acetate 98%
Shepherdin 79-87 acetate is a peptidomimetic antagonist of the complex between Hsp90 and survivin, another key regulator of tumor cell viability.
T3S1471 Cucurbitacin IIA 58546-34-2 98%
1. Cucurbitacin IIA can induce apoptosis and enhance autophagy , contributes to the anti-inflammatory activity of Cucurbitacin IIA against inflammation-related d...
T2111 Sepantronium bromide 781661-94-7 98%
Sepantronium Bromide is a small-molecule proapoptotic agent with potential antineoplastic activity.
T8469 LQZ-7I 195822-23-2 98%
LQZ-7I is an inhibitor of surviving-targeting. It orally effectively inhibits xenograft tumor growth and induces survivin loss in tumors
T11383 GDP366 501698-03-9 98%
GDP366, induces cell growth inhibition, cellular senescence and mitotic catastrophe in human cancer cells. a dual inhibitor of survivin and Op18.
