Arachidonic Acid Leelamide
T22581
Arachidonic acid leelamide is a phospholipase A2 inhibitor. Phospholipase A is a hydrolase responsible for the release of arachidonic acid from the sn2 position of phospholipids. The released arachidonic acid is then converted to mediators of inflammation

Arachidonic acid
Immunocytophyte,arachidonate,Immunocytophyt,Vevodar
T4129506-32-1
Arachidonic acid (Immunocytophyte) is an unsaturated, essential fatty acid. It is found in animal and human fat as well as in the liver, brain, and glandular organs, and is a constituent of animal phosphatides. It is formed by the synthesis from dietary linoleic acid and is a precursor in the biosynthesis of prostaglandins, thromboxanes, and leukotrienes.

20-carboxy Arachidonic Acid
T3623279551-84-1
20-carboxy Arachidonic acid (20-COOH-AA) is the major metabolite of 20-HETE that is produced in renal tubular epithelial, endothelial, and microvascular smooth muscle cell cultures. This ω-oxidation conversion can take place using purified alcohol dehydrogenases three and four or by microsomes containing recombinant human CYP4F3B. Like 20-HETE, 20-COOH-AA inhibits ion transport in the kidneys. It also produces vasorelaxation of porcine coronary microvessels constricted with endothelin. 20-COOH-AA binds to isolated ligand binding domains of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor α (PPARα) (Kd = 0.87 ± 0.12 μM) and PPARγ (Kd = 1.7 ± 0.5 μM), and is a dual activator of PPARα and PPARγ in a transiently transfected COS-7 cell reporter system.

omega-3 Arachidonic acid ethyl ester
(all-Z)-8,11,14,17-Eicosatetraenoic acid ethyl ester,ω-3 Arachidonic acid ethyl ester
T81609123940-93-2
Omega-3 Arachidonic Acid ethyl ester, a rare polyunsaturated fatty acid with limited presence in dietary sources, is crucial for infant growth and development and offers protection against heart disease, blood clots, high blood pressure, and inflammatory and autoimmune disorders. In human platelet membranes, it impedes arachidonyl-CoA synthetase, exhibiting a Ki of 14 μM, and shows similar inhibitory effects on arachidonoyl-CoA synthetase in calf brain extract with an IC50 of roughly 5 μM. The ethyl arachidonate derivative offers enhanced lipophilicity compared to its free acid counterpart.

5,6-dehydro Arachidonic Acid
T3806758688-54-3
5,6-dehydro Arachidonic acid is an analog of arachidonic acid with an acetylene in the 5,6 position. It inhibits 5-LO in rat basophilic leukemia cells, with a Ki value of 15 μM. In guinea pig leukocytes, 5-LO is inhibited by 5,6-dehydro arachidonic acid with an IC50 value of 10 μM.

Arachidonic acid sodium salt
Immunocytophyt sodium salt
T845446610-25-9
Arachidonic acid sodium salt (Immunocytophyt), a polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acid, is a key component of biomembranes and serves as a substrate for different lipid mediators, like prostaglandins (PGs). It enhances cognitive and cardiovascular functions [1].

Arachidonic Acid-biotin
T380701217901-28-4
Virtually all cellular arachidonic acid is esterified in membrane phospholipids where its presence is tightly regulated through multiple interconnected pathways. Free arachidonic acid is a transient, critical substrate for the biosynthesis of eicosanoid second messengers. Receptor-stimulated release, metabolism, and re-uptake of free arachidonate are all important aspects of cell signalling and inflammation. Arachidonic acid-biotin was designed to allow arachidonic acid to be detected in complexes with protein binding partners such as fatty acid binding proteins (FABPs). It is thus a tool to be used in the general elucidation of the signaling and transport of free arachidonic acid.

ω-3 Arachidonic acid
ω-3 AA
T8770124880-40-8
ω-3 Arachidonic acid, a poly fatty acid essential for infant growth and development, inhibits arachidenol-CoA synthetase with Ki values of 14 µM and shows an IC50 of approximately 5 µM in calf brain extract [1] [2].
