Bombinakinin M acetate is a potent bradykinin receptor agonist with high selectivity for mammalian arterial smooth muscle bradykinin receptors and is approximately 50 times more potent than bradykinin.

Peptide M acetate is a synthetic amino acid (18 amino acids in length which correspond to the amino acid positions 303-322 of bovine S-antigen: DTNLASSTIIKEGIDKTV). Peptide M acetate is capable of inducing experimental autoimmune uveitis in monkeys and Hartley guinea pigs as well as Lewis rats.

M1145 acetate, a chimeric peptide, is a selective galanin receptor type 2 (GAL2) agonist, with a Ki of 6.55 nM. M1145 acetate shows more than 90-fold higher affinity for GAL2 over GAL1 (Ki=587 nM) and a 76-fold higher affinity over GalR3 (Ki=497 nM).
