CYR61/CCN1 Protein, Human, Recombinant (hFc)
TMPJ-00658
Protein CYR61, also known as CCN family member 1, Cysteine-rich angiogenic inducer 61,Insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 10 , GIG1, CYR61, CCN1 and IGFBP10, belongs to the CCN family, CYR61 is a secreted protein and contains one CTCK (C-terminal cystine knot-like) domain, one IGFBP N-terminal domain, one TSP type-1 domain and one VWFC domain. CYR61 promotes cell proliferation, chemotaxis, angiogenesis and cell adhesion. CYR61 plays important roles in inflammation and tissue repair. CYR61 is associated with diseases related to chronic inflammation, including rheumatoid arthritis, atherosclerosis, diabetes-related nephropathy and retinopathy, and many different forms of cancers.

NOV/CCN3 Protein, Mouse, Recombinant (His)
TMPJ-01177
NOV, also called CCN3, is a secreted protein of CCN family members. CCN family members are highly conserved cysteine rich proteins sharing a common modular structure having 4 conserved domains, insulin-like growth factor-binding protein (IGFBP) domain, von Willebrand type C (VWC) domain, thrombospondin-1 (TSP-1) domain, and C-terminal (CT) domain (absent in CCN5). By specific interactions with these domains, CCN proteins modulate multiple signalling pathways including BMPs, Wnt, TGFs, Notch and integrins to regulate cell proliferation, differentiation, adhesion, migration, angiogenesis, and survival. CCN3 is firstly characterized as a promoter of progenitor activity of human hematopoietic stem cells, as knockdown of CCN3 can abrogate the function of primitive progenitors. Recent studies showed that CCN3 is also actively involved in the process of wound healing. CCN3 is highly expressed in granulation tissues of cutaneous wounds and capable of inducing synthetic responses of fibroblasts.

CTGF/CCN2 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His & Avi), Biotinylated
TMPK-01000
Connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) is a member of the CCN matricellular protein family, consisting of four domains, that regulates the signaling of other growth factors and promotes kidney fibrosis.CTGF can simultaneously interact with several factors with its four domains. The microenvironment differs depending on the types of cells and tissues and differentiation stages of these cells. CTGF/CCN2 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His & Avi), Biotinylated is expressed in HEK293 mammalian cells with C-His-Avi tag. The predicted molecular weight is 38.4 kDa and the accession number is Q5M8T4-1.

Calcineurin A/PPP3CA Protein, Human, Recombinant (His)
TMPY-02963
PPP3CA, also known as protein phosphatase 2B, is a member of the PPP phosphatase family, PP-2B subfamily. It is the alpha catalytic subunit of protein phosphatase 2B (PP2B). PP2B is a holoenzyme that is comprised of a catalytic subunit associated with regulatory subunits. It is a calcium regulated enzyme that is activated by calmodulin and participates in the signaling cascades involved in development of the nervous, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal systems. PPP3CA activates the T cells of the immune system and can be blocked by drugs. It also activates NFATc (a transcription factor) by dephosphorylating it. The activated NFATc is subsequently translocated into the nucleus, where it upregulates the expression of interleukin 2. PPP3CA interacts with CRTC2, MYOZ1, MYOZ2 and MYOZ3. It also interacts with DNM1L. The interaction dephosphorylates DNM1L and regulates its translocation to mitochondria.

WISP1/CCN4 Protein, Mouse, Recombinant (His)
TMPK-00732
The interplay between glioma stem cells (GSCs) and the tumor microenvironment plays crucial roles in promoting malignant growth of glioblastoma (GBM), the most lethal brain tumor. WISP1 is preferentially expressed and secreted by GSCs. Silencing WISP1 markedly disrupts GSC maintenance, reduces tumor-supportive TAMs (M2), and potently inhibits GBM growth. WISP1 signals through Integrin α6β1-Akt to maintain GSCs by an autocrine mechanism and M2 TAMs through a paracrine manner.

CTGF/CCN2 Protein, Human, Recombinant (HEK293, His)
TMPJ-01163
Connective Tissue Growth Factor (CTGF), also known as CCN2, is a member of the CCN (CYR61/CTGF/NOV) family of secreted matricellular proteins. Like other CCN proteins, mature human CTGF consists of IGF-binding protein domain, a vWF-C domain, a TSP-1 domain, and a cysteine knot heparin-binding domain. CTGF has various biological functions, including cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, differentiation, and ECM production, and participates in the development of many organs under normal physiologic conditions. CTGF is pathologically viewed as a central mediator of tissue remodeling and fibrosis of various organs, including the lung, heart, liver, and kidney.

WISP1/CCN4 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His)
TMPY-00950
CCN4/Wnt-induced secreted protein 1 (WISP1) is a secreted, cysteine-rich, heparin-binding glycoprotein, belonging to the CCN (CTGF/CYR61/NOV) family of growth factors, and is involved in diverse biological functions such as cell growth, adhesion, migration, angiogenesis, tissue repair, and regulation of extracellular matrix. Members of the CCN family demonstrate high structural homology sharing four conserved cysteine-rich modular domains: an IGFBP (insulin-like growth factor-binding) domain, a von Willebrand type C domain, a thrombospondin domain and a C-terminal cysteine -knot domain. WISP1 is a putative downstream effector of the Wnt/Frizzled pathway that mediates diverse developmental processes, was identified as an oncogene regulated by the Wnt-1-beta-catenin pathway. Thus WISP1 may contribute to Wnt-1-mediated tumorigenesis and malignance. Expression of WISP1 in some cells results in transformation and tumorigenesis. WISP1 acts to block cell death at a late stage in the p53-mediated apoptosis pathway. It was reported that WISP1 interacts with sulfated glycoconjugates, decorin and biglycan in the ECM of connective tissue, and possibly prevents their inhibitory activity in tumor cell proliferation.
