TROP2

Trophoblast Cell-Surface Antigen 2 (TROP2), a cell surface glycoprotein encoded and expressed by Tacstd2 gene in chromosome 1P32 region, is closely related to tumor. TROP2 primarily promotes the growth, proliferation, and metastasis of tumor cells by regulating Ca2+ signaling pathway, the expression of cyclin proteins, and reducing the adhesive function of fibronectin.
