PSGL-1/CD162 Protein, Human, Recombinant (hFc)
TMPJ-00257
PSGL-1 (CD162), is a mucintype glycoprotein that plays a key role in leukocyte adhesion. Human PSGL-1 cDNA encodes 412 amino acids (aa). It expressed on neutrophils, monocytes and most lymphocytes. The mature PSGL-1 (aa 42-412) is expressed as a disulfide-linked homodimer that signals intracellularly and promotes integrin activation. PSGL-1 is found on virtually all leukocytes, dendritic cells, platelets, and some endothelial cells. It is primarily responsible for early events in extravasation, especially rolling adhesion of leukocytes to vascular endothelium. Through high affinity, This SLe(x)-type proteoglycanPGSL-1 calcium-dependent interactions with E-, P- and L-selectins, mediates rapid rolling of leukocytes over vascular surfaces during the initial steps in inflammation.

ABCB5 Protein, Human, Recombinant (Trx)
TMPJ-01145
ATP-binding cassette sub-family B member 5(ABCB5) is a plasma membrane-spanning protein. ABCB5 is principally expressed in physiological skin and human malignant melanoma. ABCB5 has been suggested to regulate skin progenitor cell fusion and mediate chemotherapeutic drug resistance in stem-like tumor cell subpopulations in human malignant melanoma. It is commonly over-expressed on circulating melanoma tumour cells. Furthermore, the ABCB5+ melanoma- initiating cells were demonstrated to express FLT1 (VEGFR1) receptor tyrosine kinase which was functionally required for efficient xenograft tumor formation, as demonstrated by shRNA knockdown experiments.

PSGL-1/CD162 Protein, Mouse, Recombinant (His)
TMPK-01033
P-selectin glycoprotein ligand-1 (PSGL-1) has long been studied as an adhesion molecule involved in immune cell trafficking and is recognized as a regulator of many facets of immune responses by myeloid cells. PSGL-1 also regulates T cell migration during homeostasis and inflammatory settings. PSGL-1/CD162 Protein, Mouse, Recombinant (His) is expressed in HEK293 mammalian cells with C-His tag. The predicted molecular weight is 28.74 kDa and the accession number is Q62170.

P-Selectin Protein, Human, Recombinant (Avi & His), Biotinylated
TMPK-00830
Human P-Selectin (GMP-140, LECAM-3, PADGEM, CD62P), a member of the Selectin family, is a cell surface glycoprotein expressed by activated platelets and endothelial cells. A SLe(x)-type proteoglycan, which through high affinity, calcium-dependent interactions with E-, P- and L-selectins, mediates rapid rolling of leukocytes over vascular surfaces during the initial steps in inflammation.

PSGL-1/CD162 Protein, Mouse, Recombinant (aa 42-307, hFc)
TMPJ-00612
P-selectin glycoprotein ligand 1 is the high affinitycounter-receptor for P-selectin on expressed on activated endothelial cells and platelets. As such, it plays a critical role in the tethering of these cells to activated platelets or endothelia expressing P-selectin. As cell adhesion molecules, multiple studies have shown that PSGL-1/ P-selectin interaction is required for the normal recruitment of leukocytes during inflammatory reactions, and also participates in hemostatic responses. PSGL-1 can also bind to other two members of the selectin family, E-selectin (endothelial) and L-selectin (leukocyte), but binds best to P-selectin.

P-selectin Protein, Mouse, Recombinant (Avi & His), Biotinylated
TMPJ-00382
P-selectin/CD62P is a single-pass type I membrane protein which is a member of the Selectin family. It consists 768 amino acid (aa). P-selectin is a cell surface glycoprotein expressed by activated platelets and endothelial cells. It induced expression in lung, liver, kidney and heart after endotoxin treatment. Ca2+-dependent receptor for myeloid cells that binds to carbohydrates on neutrophils and monocytes. It mediates the interaction of activated endothelial cells or platelets with leukocytes. The ligand recognized is sialyl-Lewis X. it also mediates rapid rolling of leukocyte rolling over vascular surfaces during the initial steps in inflammation through interaction with PSGL1. P-selectin interacts with SNX17, PSGL1/SEPL, PODXL2, mediates neutrophil adhesion and leukocyte rolling. This interaction requires the sialyl-Lewis X epitope of PSGL1 and PODXL2, and specific tyrosine sulfation on PSGL1.

DDOST Protein, Human, Recombinant
TMPY-02050
The enzyme oligosaccharyltransferase (dolichyl-diphosphooligosaccharide-protein glycosyltransferase) (DDOST), or 48-kDa subunit (OST48) is one of the catalytic subunits in this complex, exerts a typical type I membrane topology, containing a large luminal domain, a hydrophobic transmembrane domain and a short cytosolic peptide tail. DDOST/OST48 catalyzes the transfer of a high-mannose oligosaccharide (GlcNac2Man9Glc3) from a dolichol-linked oligosaccharide donor (dolichol-P-GlcNac2Man9Glc3) onto the asparagine acceptor site within an Asn-X-Ser/Thr consensus motif in nascent polypeptide chains across the membrane of the endoplasmic reticulum. The mammalian oligosaccharyltransferase (OST) is an oligomeric complex composed of three type I transmembrane proteins of the endoplasmic reticulum: ribophorin I (RI), ribophorin II (RII), and OST48. OST48 is not a glycoprotein and is not recognized by antibodies to either ribophorin. Like ribophorins I and II, OST48 was found to be an integral membrane protein, with the majority of the polypeptide located within the lumen of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). OST48 does not show significant amino acid sequence homology to either ribophorin I or II. It had been found that only the luminal domain of RI contains ER retention information. The dilysine motif in OST48 functions as an ER localization motif because OST48 in which the two lysine residues are replaced by serine (OST48ss) is no longer retained in the ER and is found instead also at the plasma membrane.

PMM2 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His)
TMPY-03611
Phosphomannomutase 2, also known as PMM2 and CDG1, belongs to the eukaryotic PMM family. Phosphomannomutase 2 catalyzes the isomerization of mannose 6-phosphate to mannose 1-phosphate. Mannose 1-phosphate is a precursor to GDP-mannose necessary for the synthesis of dolichol-P-oligosaccharides. GDP-mannose can transfer its small sugar molecule called mannose to the growing oligosaccharide chain. Once the correct number of small sugar molecules are linked together to form the oligosaccharide, it can be attached to a protein. Phosphomannomutase 2 is also required for a number of critical mannosyl transfer reactions. Mutations in PMM2 gene have been shown to cause defects in the protein glycosylation pathway manifest as carbohydrate-deficient glycoprotein syndrome type I.
